Mission Statement

Our mission statement is to make learning and studying faster and easier. Sorry, but we don't have a warranty yet because our customers are still giving us feedback. If your service is not satisfying, you will get all of your money back. We promise this product is safe and satisfying. Our shop and website are open 24-7. We hope this product is good for you.

Market Analysis

Our costumers will mostly be children. This is because this pen helps you study and children are still in school. Children would want to buy it because children have many tests that they need to study for. We are going to put our survey on the Internet, since that is where lots of kids will go. For example, we will put it on Miniclip.com and Onemorelevel.com. We will also mail them to people. Maybe we will hand out surveys in front of stores, too. But, before we can give it to the children, we will have to ask their parents.

Are you having trouble studying?	This helps us see if we would have a hard time selling our product.
Do you study?	This helps us see if people would buy our product or not.
What is your favorite color?	This will tell us what color to make the Brain-Pens.
What designs do you like?	This will tell us if we should make pictures on Brain-Pens, and what the pictures would be.
Do you like computers or microcomputers?	This will tell us whether to make Brain-Pens or not.
What color ink do you like?	This will tell us to make the pen's ink red, green, blue, etc.
Do you like big pens or small pens?	This will tell us what size to make the pens.
Do you like grips on your pens?	This will tell us if we need grips on our pens.
How much would you pay for a pen combined with a computer?	This will tell us what price Brain-Pens should be.
How long do you think the warranty should be?	This will tell us how long the warranty should be.

What subject do you have trouble with?

This will tell us which subjects to have installed in the microcomputer.

Product Placement

You can find our Brain-Pens at Staples and Radio Shack. We sell them at these stores because Staples sells office supplies and because Radio Shack sells computers. We also have a store on Route 51. We also sell computers at our shop. Our shop's name is Bargain Buy. We have a shop because if Staples or Radio Shack closed, where would we sell Brain-Pens? Come and visit anytime you like!
